# Create a Sub-Expense Type ### How to Create a Sub-Expense Type in Muhasib ERP ### Overview This guide will help you add a controlled subcategory beneath the correct expense head. The subcategory becomes available under its parent for allowed expense entry and reporting. ### Who can do this You need access to Sub-Expense Type setup and relevant account. ### Before you start Confirm the parent head, unique subcategory name, account/default inheritance, reporting need, and approval.
