How to Configure and Test SRB Integration in Muhasib ERP
Overview
This guide will help you configure SRB integration and validate an needed service invoice without affecting production reporting.
Muhasib attempts SRB submission through the set up path; acceptance is established only by the authority response.
Who can do this
You need access to SRB/tax settings, needed service-sale, terminal/location, and tax permissions.
Before you start
Get current SRB specifications, sandbox endpoint/credentials, registration/branch/POS identifiers, service codes, tax rates, buyer rules, and test scenarios.
Where to find it
Back Office → tax/global/terminal settings, then the needed sales workflow.
Configure and Test SRB Integration
Step 1: Confirm whether the runtime uses the legacy or newer SRB protocol
Step 2: Configure sandbox endpoint and protected credentials
Step 3: Map seller, buyer, service, tax, document, and terminal values
Step 4: Create one approved sandbox service transaction
Step 5: Submit once and preserve response ID/code/message
Step 6: Reconcile local and SRB values/status
Check your work
One local transaction maps to one accepted sandbox response and taxable value/tax/total compare and confirm.
If something goes wrong
- Stop if system protocol cannot be established.
- Check registration, service code, date, tax rate, credentials, and endpoint before retry.
