How to Configure Email Delivery in Muhasib ERP
Overview
This guide will help you configure approved email delivery for Muhasib report messages.
Eligible Email Report actions can submit messages through the set up server.
Who can do this
You need access to Relevant global/instance email settings administration.
Before you start
Have approved SMTP host, port, security mode, sender, username/secret, test recipient, firewall requirements, and credential-storage policy.
Before saving, check that the correct company is open and that you have permission to complete this task.
Where to find it
Back Office → Administration/Settings → email settings, as exposed by the deployment.
Configure Email Delivery
Step 1: Record current non-secret settings
Step 2: Enter approved host, port, security, and sender identity
Step 3: Enter credentials through protected fields
Step 4: Save once and restart only if required
Step 5: Email a non-sensitive test report to a controlled recipient
Step 6: Verify submission and mailbox receipt
Check your work
Confirm sender, recipient, subject, attachment, timestamps, SMTP result, and mailbox receipt.
Take a moment to check your work before closing the window. This small check can save time later.
If something goes wrong
Check TLS mode, port, authentication, firewall, and sender authorization.
