Configure WooCommerce Integration
How to Configure WooCommerce Integration in Muhasib ERP
Overview
This guide will help you connect an approved WooCommerce test store and define how its orders map into Muhasib.
Who can do this
You need access to E-commerce/global settings administration and WooCommerce REST API authorization.
Before you start
Have sandbox store URL, consumer credentials, HTTPS/API access, status policy, customer/item/tax/shipping/payment mappings, and a backup.
Before saving, check that the correct company is open and that you have permission to complete this task.
Where to find it
Back Office → Administration/Settings → WooCommerce/e-commerce settings.
Configure WooCommerce Integration
Step 1: Confirm the environment and store are non-production
Step 2: Record current non-secret settings
Step 3: Enter store URL and credentials through protected fields
Step 4: Configure order status and all Muhasib mappings
Step 5: Keep unattended synchronization disabled during testing
Step 6: Save and retrieve one controlled WooCommerce order
Check your work
Match one external ID and its customer, lines, tax, shipping, payment, and status to the test store.
Take a moment to check your work before closing the window. This small check can save time later.
If something goes wrong
- Check HTTPS, REST API access, credentials, permissions, and permalink/API settings.
- Never record consumer secrets in articles or tickets.
