# Add Multiple Item Prices ### How to Add Multiple Item Prices in Muhasib ERP ### Overview This guide will help you add alternate prices to an item and check which price Muhasib applies. Eligible item-selection workflows may offer or automatically apply an alternate price. ### Who can do this You need access to Item Update and Item Multiple Prices. ### Before you start Define each price's purpose, amount, scope, effective conditions, tax basis, unit, and relationship to minimum/default price.

Before saving, check that the correct company is open and that you have permission to complete this task.

### Where to find it Back Office → Items & Advanced Inventory → Manage Items → select item → Multiple Prices. ### Add Multiple Item Prices #### Step 1: Confirm the item's default selling price and unit #### Step 2: Open Item Multiple Prices #### Step 3: Add the alternate price and its available qualifiers #### Step 4: Ensure the value follows minimum-price and tax policy #### Step 5: Save #### Step 6: Repeat only for distinct price outcomes #### Step 7: Test selection in POS with and without price-group permission ### Check your work Compare and Confirm the selected price, discount, tax, invoice line, margin, and sales report under every qualifying condition.
