# Print Item Labels

### How to Print Item Labels in Muhasib ERP

### Overview

This guide will help you print the correct quantity of readable labels for selected items.

Muhasib renders labels using global label settings and the selected/logical printer.

### Who can do this

You need access to Item Label Printing and needed Print permission.

### Before you start

Configure/test the printer and label layout. Check item names, barcodes, and prices. Use a PDF/test sheet before label stock.

Back Office → Items &amp; Advanced Inventory → Item Label Printing.

### Print Item Labels

#### Step 1: Select item(s) by stable identifier

#### Step 2: Enter approved label quantities

#### Step 3: Review displayed name, barcode, and price

#### Step 4: Select printer/layout when prompted

#### Step 5: Preview one page where available

#### Step 6: Print a small test

#### Step 7: Scan every barcode type and check price/name

#### Step 8: Print the remaining approved quantity once

### Check your work

Confirm count, alignment, legibility, scanner result, item identity, price, and no duplicate jobs.
