Before asking for support or installing an update, check these numbers in your own Muhasib installation. Your edition, enabled features and rollout schedule may be different.

### How to check your version

#### Step 1: Open Muhasib ERP

Sign in to the company you normally use.

#### Step 2: Open the About window

Open **Help → About** or the available **Software Information** option.

#### Step 3: Note the three numbers

- Application version: **1.3.7**
- Build number: **709**
- Database revision: **WS\_MUHA\_q\_354**

### Before installing an update

- Make a complete database backup and confirm that it can be restored.
- Ask all users to save their work and close Muhasib ERP.
- Update the main computer or server first, followed by the other terminals.
- Do not switch off the computer while the application or database is being updated.
