### How to Review the Centralized Sale Report in Muhasib ERP

This guide will help you review sales combined through the set up centralized-sales model and trace them back to source companies.

You get a consolidated view with source-company record history.

### Who can do this

You need access to Centralized Sale Report and authorized access to every represented company.

### Before you start

Confirm centralization settings, source companies, date range, sync/transfer status, locations, terminals, and expected company totals.

Back Office → Sales &amp; Customers → Centralized Sale Report.

### Review the Centralized Sale Report

#### Step 1: Select central/company and date scope

#### Step 2: Apply source-company/location/terminal filters

#### Step 3: Generate the report

#### Step 4: Review source company, document, totals, status, and sync markers

#### Step 5: Compare each company's subtotal with its local sales report

#### Step 6: Investigate missing, duplicate, or delayed centralized records

### Check your work

Centralized totals equal non-overlapping source-company totals for the same status/cutoff.
