### Before you start

Have order/reference, customer, date range, status, promised date, item, or linked delivery/sale.

### Review the Sales Order Inquiry

#### Step 1: Set company/date/status filters

#### Step 2: Search by order/customer/reference/item

#### Step 3: Open the exact order

#### Step 4: Review terms, lines, ordered, delivered/converted, and remaining quantities

#### Step 5: Check direct deliveries and linked sales

#### Step 6: Choose fulfillment, update, cancellation, or closure according to policy
