### Review the SMS Inquiry

#### Step 1: Select company and date range

#### Step 2: Filter by recipient/reference where supported

#### Step 3: Open the individual SMS record/report

#### Step 4: Review recipient, message, time, gateway, and local result

#### Step 5: Compare provider ID/status if stored

#### Step 6: Protect personal message data in any output
