You need access to Temporary Sale and final sales-entry permissions, plus access to referenced masters.

### Before you start

Confirm the temporary sale is still valid, has not already been converted, and contains the correct customer, stock, price, tax, and payment terms.

### Convert a Temporary Sale to an Invoice

#### Step 1: Find and open the temporary sale

#### Step 2: Confirm its current status and conversion eligibility

#### Step 3: Review the customer, lines, quantities, prices, discounts, taxes, and locations

#### Step 4: Correct authorized differences before conversion

#### Step 5: Start the conversion action

#### Step 6: Complete payment or credit terms when prompted

#### Step 7: Confirm once and retain the resulting document number

Confirm the final invoice exists once, the source status changed as expected, and stock, receivable, revenue, tax, and payment records compare and confirm.
