### Deliver or Convert a Sales Order

### Overview

This guide will help you deliver or invoice authorized Sales Order quantities while preserving remaining and source status.

Muhasib updates order status/remaining quantity and can reduce stock or create a sale/customer/payment/GL effect depending on selected action.

### Who can do this

You need access to Sales Order view/update/conversion, Direct Delivery or Sale Add, and nested stock/payment rights.

### Before you start

Confirm order/customer, remaining quantities, stock/location/batch/serial, delivery address/date, payment terms, and status policy.

Sales Order Dashboard/Inquiry → select order → Delivery/Convert action.

### Deliver or Convert a Sales Order

#### Step 1: Select the exact order and review prior delivery/conversion

#### Step 2: Enter only approved deliver/invoice quantities

#### Step 3: Select location, batch, and serial

#### Step 4: Review price/tax and customer/address

#### Step 5: Save delivery or finalize resulting invoice once

#### Step 6: Record delivery document/invoice IDs

### Check your work

Compare and Confirm ordered, delivered, invoiced, returned, and remaining quantities; stock ledger; source links; customer ledger; and reports.
