### How to Send a Transaction SMS in Muhasib ERP

### Overview

This guide will help you send an approved transaction message to the correct customer phone number.

Muhasib submits the message to the set up provider; submission does not necessarily prove handset delivery.

### Who can do this

You need access to Transaction access and any SMS/send permission enforced by the active form.

### Before you start

Confirm customer consent, phone number, country format, message template, transaction details, and provider credit/connectivity.

Open the relevant transaction and select its SMS action, where available.

### Send a Transaction SMS

#### Step 1: Open the saved transaction

#### Step 2: Confirm recipient name and phone number

#### Step 3: Preview the generated message

#### Step 4: Remove or correct unauthorized or inaccurate content

#### Step 5: Send once

#### Step 6: Record the delivery result or provider reference when shown

### Check your work

Confirm the application/provider status, recipient, template values, timestamp, and absence of duplicate sends.
