This guide will help you determine whether a missing or blocked action is caused by role rights, subscription features, limits, company assignment, location/terminal scope, or restricted licence mode.

Who can do this
You need access to Users may inspect their context; changes require user-role, subscription, or company administration authority.
Before you start
Record user, company, location, terminal, module/action, message, expected right, plan/feature, capacity, licence state, and recent permission changes.
Before saving, check that the correct company is open and that you have permission to complete this task.

Back Office → User Management and Licence Information, as authorized.

Step 1: Confirm the correct user and company workspace
Step 2: Check account active/Allow Login/company assignment
Step 3: Check module View and exact Add/Update/Delete/custom operation
Step 4: Check subscription feature and applicable user/company/location/terminal/entity limit
