Summary

Muhasib ERP v1.1.2 is a major feature release introducing commission agent management, temporary sales, item price history, customer credit transactions, enhanced sales interfaces, advanced bulk item tools, improved tax integration, and expanded invoice controls.

This release also adds new transaction forms, inquiry tools, FBR reporting, item price checking, MRP support, taxed opening stock and purchase workflows, and extensive improvements to sales, payments, receipts, returns, reporting, and Global Settings.

Commission Agent Management

A complete commission agent workflow has been introduced.

Item Price Change History

The following history reports have been introduced:

Item Bulk Edit and Item Bulk Update now record applicable cost and sale price changes.

Customer Credit Transactions

The following customer account transactions have been added:

  • Add Customer Credit
  • Payment to Customer

Dedicated permissions have been added for both forms.

Temporary Sales

A complete temporary sales workflow has been introduced.

  • Create and maintain temporary sales.
  • Review temporary transactions through Temporary Sale Inquiry.
  • Search by invoice, customer name, or customer contact.
  • View transaction status in inquiry results.
  • Record payments against temporary sales.
  • Print payment information on receipts and invoices.
  • Convert temporary sales to completed invoices.
  • Carry forward applicable additional charges during conversion.
  • Set Temporary Sale as the default transaction type.

Sales Interface Enhancements

The sales interface has been expanded with:

  • A dedicated item selection panel.
  • A pictorial Find Item window.
  • Improved cart and transaction controls.
  • Conversion of quotations and temporary sales to invoices.
  • Configurable default transaction type.
  • Improved handling of payments, additional charges, and taxes.

Item Price Checker

A new Item Price Checker form has been added to provide quick access to item pricing information.

FBR Tax Report

A dedicated FBR Tax Report has been introduced for reviewing applicable tax integration data.

MRP Support

MRP support has been introduced across item, sales, opening stock, and taxed purchase workflows.

  • Enable MRP through System Settings.
  • Configure MRP visibility through toggle flags.
  • Maintain MRP information in Item Master.
  • Use MRP in applicable sales item modification workflows.
  • Calculate unit price from MRP in taxed opening stock transactions.
  • Apply fixed tax to selected Shopify order items.

Taxed Inventory and Purchase Entries

The following transaction forms have been added:

  • Item Opening Stock Taxed
  • Purchase Entry Taxed
  • Purchase Entry Taxed 2
  • Purchase Entry Add Item

A total tax option has also been introduced in the taxed purchase workflow.

Improvements

Label Printing

Label printer output has been corrected and stabilized.

Administrator Login Control

The database has been updated to support the Allow Login option for administrator accounts, including existing administrator records.

Payment and Rounding

  • Corrected date and time handling in payment entries.
  • Corrected rounding behavior in sales transactions.
  • Improved payment handling for temporary sales and appointments.
  • Added Payment Account selection during checkout and payment processing.

Sale Return

  • Corrected sale return processing.
  • Corrected additional discount range validation.
  • Prevented empty return transactions.
  • Added FBR integration support for sale returns.
  • Removed unsupported SRB integration from sale return processing.

Receipts and Invoices

  • Added subtotal excluding tax.
  • Added subtotal including tax.
  • Added inclusive-price display setting.
  • Improved customized invoice printing.
  • Added payment information to temporary sale and appointment outputs.
  • Corrected receipt printing in the alternative sales interface.

Global and Instance Settings

New settings include:

  • Prevent emptying the cart when changing transaction type.
  • Default transaction type.
  • Sales interface selection.
  • FBR service fee.
  • FBR tax configuration.
  • Tax identifier moved from Global Settings to Instance Settings.
  • MRP controls.
  • Temporary sale permissions.

Bulk Item Edit

Bulk Item Edit has been expanded with:

  • Select All and Unselect All controls.
  • Import and export using item IDs.
  • Export of selected columns.
  • Automatic recognition of import headers.
  • Export of selected item batch information.
  • Import of modified item batches.

Master Setup

Applicable master setup drop-down lists now include a quick-add option for creating related master records without leaving the current workflow.

Fixes

  • Corrected tax calculations in Tax Summary and Transaction-wise Tax reports.
  • Corrected commission calculations.
  • Corrected sale editing and conversion issues.
  • Resolved additional charge issues.
  • Corrected item bulk update and Account Head issues.
  • Corrected notification handling in the main application window.
  • Corrected date handling in reports.
  • Corrected Item Master and taxed opening stock issues.
  • Updated product naming from Websol Muhasib Enterprise to Websol Muhasib ERP.
  • Resolved additional user interface and transaction workflow issues.

Known Limitations

An experimental option for calculating tax on the total bill before or after discount was not enabled because the workflow required additional validation.

SRB integration is not applied to sale return transactions in this release.

Important Notes

  • Review all commission agent permissions before operational use.
  • Verify transaction numbering for commission agent payments and related transactions.
  • Review the default transaction type after updating.
  • Test temporary sale conversion, payments, taxes, and additional charges.
  • Review FBR and MRP configuration before processing production transactions.
  • Create a complete database backup before installation.
