How to check your version
Step 1: Open Muhasib ERP
Sign in to the company you normally use.
Step 2: Open the About window
Open Help → About or the available Software Information option.
Step 3: Note the three numbers
- Application version: 1.3.7
- Build number: 709
- Database revision: WS_MUHA_q_354
Before installing an update
- Make a complete database backup and confirm that it can be restored.
- Ask all users to save their work and close Muhasib ERP.
- Update the main computer or server first, followed by the other terminals.
- Do not switch off the computer while the application or database is being updated.
Need help? If your version is older, your database revision is different, or your business uses a custom integration, contact Muhasib Support before updating. It is safer to ask first than to risk your business data.
After the update
Open Muhasib ERP and check the version again. Then test the work your business depends on most, such as sales, purchases, stock, payments, reports, printing and tax integrations.
