Create the Workspace Administrator

How to Create the Workspace Administrator in Muhasib ERP

Overview

This guide will help you create the first active administrator who can sign in to the new Muhasib workspace.

Muhasib creates an active administrator account, allows login, assigns the setup role, and stores the password in its internal credential format. The workspace is then ready for sign-in.

Who can do this

You need access to First-run onboarding access and the administrator role selected by the setup process.

Before you start

Prepare the administrator's authorized name, contact details, unique User ID, and a private password. Do not use shared credentials.

Before saving, check that the correct company is open and that you have permission to complete this task.

Where to find it

Follow the launch, wizard, login, company-selection, Back Office, or power path described in the procedure; the available starting screen depends on current installation state.

Check your work

Sign in using the new User ID and password, then confirm the expected company and administrator access.

Take a moment to check your work before closing the window. This small check can save time later.

If something goes wrong

  • First Name, User ID, and password are validated by the available code.
  • Correct invalid email formatting and password mismatch before retrying.
  • If the User ID already exists, use a unique ID rather than altering another account during onboarding.
