Configure and Test FBR POS Integration

How to Configure and Test FBR POS Integration in Muhasib ERP

Overview

This guide will help you configure FBR POS identifiers and successfully validate a representative sandbox sale.

Muhasib stores the local sale and FBR response according to the connector path; acceptance must be verified from the response.

Who can do this

You need access to FBR/tax settings, terminal/location, item/customer tax, and POS sale permissions.

Before you start

Complete tax-integration preparation and get approved sandbox endpoint, token/credentials, POS/branch IDs, scenarios, and test data.

Before saving, check that the correct company is open and that you have permission to complete this task.

Where to find it

Back Office → tax/global/terminal settings, then POS Sale.

Step 7: Reconcile tax and totals

Check your work

One local test invoice maps to one accepted FBR reference and all quantities, taxable values, rates, taxes, and totals agree.

Take a moment to check your work before closing the window. This small check can save time later.

If something goes wrong

  • Do not retry a timeout before checking FBR status by reference.
  • Resolve invalid registration, item, unit, tax, or scenario mappings at source.
