Synchronize Offline POS Sales

How to Synchronize Offline POS Sales in Muhasib ERP

Overview

This guide will help you safely transfer pending offline POS sales into the central Muhasib database.

Accepted sales become central transactions and should leave the pending queue; rejected records require controlled correction.

Who can do this

You need access to Offline synchronization plus required sales, register, and master-data.

Before you start

Back up or otherwise preserve offline data, restore stable connectivity, and confirm nobody has manually recreated the pending sales centrally.

Before saving, check that the correct company is open and that you have permission to complete this task.

Where to find it

Open the set up Offline POS synchronization action.

Synchronize Offline POS Sales

Step 1: Review the pending offline transaction count and references

Step 2: Confirm connection to the intended company database

Step 3: Start synchronization once

Step 4: Do not close the application while processing

Step 5: Review successes, rejections, conflicts, and assigned central document numbers

Step 6: Resolve rejected items individually; do not resubmit successful records

Check your work

Match pending count to successes and failures, then compare and confirm each central sale, stock movement, customer balance, payment, tax, and register total.

Take a moment to check your work before closing the window. This small check can save time later.

If something goes wrong

  • Stop if connected to the wrong company.
  • Preserve logs and local records when a partial synchronization occurs.
