How to Send a Transaction SMS in Muhasib ERP
Overview
This guide will help you send an approved transaction message to the correct customer phone number.
Muhasib submits the message to the set up provider; submission does not necessarily prove handset delivery.
Who can do this
You need access to Transaction access and any SMS/send permission enforced by the active form.
Before you start
Confirm customer consent, phone number, country format, message template, transaction details, and provider credit/connectivity.
Before saving, check that the correct company is open and that you have permission to complete this task.
Where to find it
Open the relevant transaction and select its SMS action, where available.
Send a Transaction SMS
Step 1: Open the saved transaction
Step 2: Confirm recipient name and phone number
Step 3: Preview the generated message
Step 4: Remove or correct unauthorized or inaccurate content
Step 5: Send once
Step 6: Record the delivery result or provider reference when shown
Check your work
Confirm the application/provider status, recipient, template values, timestamp, and absence of duplicate sends.
Take a moment to check your work before closing the window. This small check can save time later.
If something goes wrong
- Do not expose sensitive information in message templates.
- Check provider balance, credentials, number format, and logs before retrying.
